NooreOfficial – Shipping & Delivery Policy (Pakistan)

At NooreOfficial, we ensure your premium modest abayas and hijabs are delivered safely, quickly, and reliably across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities in Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta. For remote areas, delivery time may vary.

2. Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days. Shipping fee PKR 300. Free for orders above PKR 5,000 in Karachi.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days. Shipping fee PKR 500 (Karachi only).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): 2–5 business days. Fee PKR 350 (paid at delivery).

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your city and order value.

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only in Pakistan.

  • Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

  • COD orders must provide an accurate address and contact number.

  • Maximum COD order value is PKR 30,000.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Karachi Metro: 2–3 business days

  • Other Major Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier details. You can track your order via the courier’s website or directly from your Shopify order page.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We ensure careful packaging of all products. In case of lost or damaged delivery, contact support@nooreofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery attempt. Verified cases will receive a replacement or refund.

8. Important Notes

  • Orders with incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

  • For COD orders, ensure someone is available to receive the package.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen circumstances.
