You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
The return request is made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
❌ We cannot accept returns for:
Items worn, washed, or altered
Sale/discounted items (unless defective)
Hijabs or accessories for hygiene reasons
To request a return:

Include:
Order number
Product name(s)
Reason for return
Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using tracked courier services for safety
We are not responsible for items lost in transit
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for defective/damaged items)
Exchanges are allowed for size or color (subject to availability)
Exchange requests must follow the same 7-day return window
